 Through our Profits for the Planet (PFP) program, we donate 10% of our profits to efforts that help protect and restore the earth. Our annual Bid with Your Lid program gives you a chance to help direct a portion of these donations.
We’ll give a total of $100,000 to three organizations that help the earth. Each organization will receive $20,000 plus a percentage of $40,000, based on your voting. Voting ended August 31, we’re busy counting your votes. Comeback September 15 to see the results. In the meantime Here’s the lowdown on the three chosen organizations.
- Founded in 1961, Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) is the medical and public health voice calling for the elimination of the gravest threats to humanity: nuclear arms, global warming, and toxic chemicals. Read more
- Supported by more than a half-million members and volunteers, Ocean Conservancy anticipates ecological threats, sets the ocean agenda in the halls of power, and delivers science-based solutions that protect our ocean and improve quality of life on Earth.
