Stacey Billis

Stacie Billis is a parenting writer with a focus on food and family nutrition. She is also a blogger at One Hungry Mama where she shares original recipes and draws on her expertise in child development to encourage other hungry mamas and papas to “parent from the kitchen.” As a mother of two hungry boys herself, Stacie knows that kids change the way we cook, but they don't have to change how well we eat.And eating healthfully as a family helps establish eating habits for a healthy life. Stacie earned an MA in child development from Teacher's College, Columbia University; is the editor of Peko Peko: Family-Friendly Japanese Recipes, a cookbook to support recovery in Japan; is a regular contributor to Cool Mom Picks and several other parenting and health sites; and is ranked at the top of Babble's Top 100 Food Mom Blogs list—but her favorite thing is chatting directly with parents in person, on Twitter or Facebook. Stacie (and her fam) also can't get enough of Oikos plain, drizzled with local honey!Connect with Stacie at One Hungry Mama and on Facebook and Twitter
