Preparation:

Step 1

Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon.

Step 2

In another bowl, blend eggs, yogurt and butter.

Step 3

Pour egg mixture into flour mixture, add apples and stir.

Step 4

Bake at 375°for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5

Yields 12 muffins.
