Best Bacon Burger

The humble bacon burger gets a makeover. Organic bacon, mushrooms, goat cheese and yogurt aioli sauce turn a classic into a juicy flavor-fest.
Mix 1 stalk freshly chopped rosemary with your hamburger meat, then form four patties.
Dice mushrooms and remaining rosemary, then sauté them in olive oil until a bit tender (about 2 minutes).
Add fresh ground pepper and sea salt to taste.
Add shallots and onions, and continue to sauté.
Grill your burgers.
Top cooked burgers with Applegate Hickory Smoked Bacon, provolone cheese, goat cheese, mushroom mix, avocado and add Stonyfield Greek Yogurt Aioli Sauce.
Rinse your little branch of fresh rosemary in hot water before you chop. You get twice the flavor & it smells delish.
