Pita Pockets

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 onion (mince the entire onion and store half to use later in the week, small, peeled and minced )
1 pk pita bread pockets
1 T cumin
1 t salt or to taste

Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

16 oz Stonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
1 T dried basil
1 T lemon pepper
1 t onion powder

Preparation:

For Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

Step 1

Chop cucumber into tiny pieces

Step 2

In small mixing bowl combine chopped cucumber, yogurt, basil, lemon pepper and onion powder; mix well

Step 3

Serve cucumber sauce over pitas
