Honey Ham with Ginger Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

5 lb honey cured ham
1 c pineapple (diced)
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey
1 c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1 1/4 T ground ginger
1/2 t ground cloves

Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°.

Step 2

Place ham in a shallow baking dish and slash ham at 1-inch intervals.

Step 3

In a small bowl mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, 1/4 tablespoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cloves.

Step 4

Pour mixture over ham.

Step 5

Place pineapple slices over ham so that the sides touch and secure with toothpicks.

Step 6

Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until thermostat registers at 140°.

Step 7

In a separate bowl mix yogurt, honey and the remaining spices and serve over ham with a generous portion of sauce on the side.
