4 eggs
4 sli melba toast
4 T Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Step 1

Bring eggs to room temperature before using.

Step 2

Fill 1/2 of a saucepan with water and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Step 3

Bring water to a gentle boil.

Step 4

Lower the eggs carefully into the water, using a spoon.

Step 5

When the water returns to a boil, start timing 3 minutes.

Step 6

Remove immediately.

Step 7

Serve each egg in an egg cup with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 melba toast.

Step 8

Add salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
