Spicy Yogurt Mango Salsa
Unlike traditional salsas this recipe contains cool and refreshing yogurt and mango. Try this salsa over fish, chicken or along side your favorite Mexican dish.
In a large bowl combine yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, tomatoes, mango, onion, pepper, cilantro and salt and pepper.
Chill for at least an hour.
Serve with your favorite fish, chicken or Mexican dish.
