Strawberry Banana Yogurt Pancakes

These moist and delicious pancakes - topped with strawberry sauce - are sure to start your day with a smile!
To prepare the sauce, quarter the berries and place them in a saucepan with the sugar and water. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved into a simple syrup and the berries are soft (about 5 minutes). Mash berries with a potato masher, leaving some chunks for texture.
Turn electric griddle on 350Â°, or heat a skillet to medium heat. Place all dry ingredients in the bowl and whisk together. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk.
Oil or butter the skillet or griddle and pour ladlefuls of the batter to the size you prefer. When the pancakes are bubbly, flip them and cook another minute.
Serve with strawberry sauce and whipped cream for a special breakfast!
