Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Whole Milk Probiotic Strawberry Yogurt
- 1/4 cup oatmeal (quick cooking oats)
- 1/2 cup dried sour cherries
- 1/2 pear (sliced into thin pieces)
- 2 Tbsp chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp ground flax seed (optional)
Instructions
- In a 12oz reusable container with a lid, layer half of the yogurt, oatmeal, cherries, pears, nuts, flax and honey.
- Repeat layers, ending with a sprinkling of flax seed.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for oatmeal to soften, or overnight.
