Ingredients
Yogurt Marinated Chicken Wings
- 24 chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Stonyfield Organic plain yogurt (any fat level)
- 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 3/4 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp parsley
Ranch Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup Stonyfield Organic plain yogurt (any fat level)
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Add chicken, yogurt and spices to a bowl and toss. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Preheat the oven to 400F. Place a rack over a baking sheet and lay chicken wings on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the yogurt marinated chicken wings reach an internal temperature of 165F
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and seasons. Once combined, place in a closed container and refrigerate. Can be kept for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. For a thicker consistency use Greek yogurt in place of regular yogurt.
