- 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups kale leaves
- 2 tsp ginger, peeled and grated

- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp raw honey
