Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 2 tsp ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp raw honey
Instructions
