Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked green chickpeas (or shelled cooked edamame)
- 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Greek Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup green Castelveltrano pitted olives (or green olives of choice)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp sea salts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add cooked legumes to a blender along with Stonyfield yogurt, pitted green olives, garlic cloves, salt and olive oil.
- Process until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy this green yogurt hummus.
