Ingredients
- 1.5 cups frozen mango pieces, unsweetened
- 1 cup mango nectar, orange juice, pineapple juice or water
- 1/2 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup raw cashew pieces
- 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 1 tsp freshly grated lime peel
- Juice of ½ lime (about 1 ½ tablespoons)
- 2 tsp honey
- Pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute and serve mango ginger lime smoothie. Chef’s Tip: If using mango nectar, you may wish to add water if too thick.
